PPR Desa Mentari, PAL Centre (Play and Learn)
In PPR Desa Mentari, many children return from school to empty homes as their parents are at work. Left unsupervised, they become vulnerable to various social risks. The PAL Centre provides a safe and nurturing space for these children, offering them guidance, structured activities, and a sense of belonging.

With over 50 children attending five days a week, the centre focuses on learning through play, fostering positive social interactions, and instilling good manners and confidence.
Subjects taught here are:​
English, Mental Mathematics, developing creativity & teamwork,
Body Coordination through music, basic computer skills, Zing, Scrabble, Chess
