James Nayagam Chairman

James has been a proactive advocate for children’s rights and has been working with poor families and abused children for the past 35 years. He was formerly a Human Rights Commissioner in Malaysia. He’s a Council member for the welfare and protection of children in Malaysia, Council member of the Council for Anti Human Trafficking as well as a founder member of Shelter Home since 1981 providing care and protection for children in need. He holds a Master of Science (University of Leicester), LL.B ( Hons) University of London, Diploma in counselling psychology, S’pore Diploma in Administration – UK.
